Despite international efforts to phase out nuclear energy, Saudi Arabia signs nuclear agreement with China

Rising demand for energy made Saudi Arabia to signe an agreement with China for cooperation in the development and use of atomic energy for peaceful purposes. Hashim Abdullah Yamani, president of King Abdullah City of Atomic and Renewable Energy, signed the nuclear agreement, placing the  highest priority on nuclear safety and environmental protection The Kingdom wants to cut its growing dependence on depleting resources. [1]

Increased dependence
Yamani disregards the the fact that he launches the Kingdom in the dependence of uranium producing countries. He disregards that nuclear waste are uncontrollable so as seen with the German repository of Asse II.  No country has ever solved this problem. [2]
See photos of Asse II to understand the misery humanity is heading.

Decommissioing costs
Yamami also disregards the costs of decommissioning of power plants, taking 20 years to be completed and doubles the costs of the initial investment. The current estimate by the United Kingdom's Nuclear Decommissioning Authority is that it will cost at least £70 billion to decommission the 19 existing United Kingdom nuclear sites; this takes no account of what will happen in the future. The plans of the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority are to finish the job in 50 years, [3]

Yamani is part of the group of  scientists which cover the black facts  with a blanket of hush-up.

Arab alternatives to ugy and dirty nuclear energy
Alternatives are the unending solar energy  and the wind energy. Hydrogen technology funktions as energy storage and as clean fuel for cars  See clean Energy Presentation. Costs of solar panels from China are far below nuclear costs. Photovoltaic and wind turbines are safe   [4]
